In our office, we have invested a significant amount of money and time to change our culture. We’ve come a long way transforming a process-heavy traditional corporation to a more of a start-up-ish atmosphere. We slowly but steadily keep moving towards a self-managed culture based on feedback and learning. Although we’re part of a multinational company, we managed to transform our branch.
